Where Sara Creates

I am participating in Karen Valentine's WBC Party for 2011
My creative corner is my studio. This is where I dream, design and most importantly, get inspired!
Many times I have attempted to change it up, with something different on the walls, or maybe the floor, but there is always a project that takes precedence over any redecorating jobs here!
Still, I love it just the way it is!

I hope that you have enjoyed this tour

Love it... especially liked the tension rod for your ribbons! Awesome idea... I think I'll have to incorporate that some how in my craft room!

I enjoyed the tour! I like the finished garments hanging around the room.

I want to have my chair rail with pegs installed so I can hang garments from them.

Sara, what a lovely journey. I love the bust to display a sweet bonnet. Wow that is a lovely piece. I actually never show mine, because I'd have to "vacuum" all those little white threads, snippets of lace... etc. It's so nice to know where your gorgeous pieces are made!

What a large space with great storage pieces, yum! And the last pictures look so cozy in the eaves.

I know what you mean about wanting to decorate more but always being distracted with making something. Susanne.

Aloha Sara,
Thank you for the tour of your wonderful studio. I love how it's organized and I love how you display your beautiful work and your charming treasures. I see you have a 221 featherweight (one of my weaknesses), I have a 99k, but I still want a 221.
Thanks again for the tour and thanks for sharing your art, so fun to visit you.

I like the dark wood paneling in your craft space, your space is well organized and looks like there could be lots of work getting done in there. I absolutely love love your bonnets. I have always liked bonnets and wish that baby bonnets were still the rage. I love baby girls in bonnets! thanks for the tour.
